| All postage is 2nd class rate, please allow at least 5 days for delivery and if you have not received it by 8 working days contact us. If you would like your book sent express please email us. All international mail is airmail. Currently we have a limit of 3 books/order you may either start a 2nd order to order more or contact us and we can make special arrangements for a bigger order. We'd also like to add that a package with three books will not fit through a standard letter box, where as an order with 2 books will. We also recommend ordering before the 18 Dec. 2006 for christmas orders. |

| Yes, to europe is no problem, for the rest of the world at this moment please email us first and once payment has been made we will forward you your book. |

| We accept only goods that are undamaged and only must be returned within 10 days of your initial order. |
| Yes, there is an option in Paypal to have the items sent to a different address to the one on your card. |

This information will be used to inform you of future activities to do with the book and future sales and promotions shops in our guide will be having.
